These are tried and true exercises such as sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, and crunches. <p>Happily, I am able to report that Vince DelMonte’s No Nonsense Muscle Building doesn’t fall into either of these categories.</p>
<p>Instead Vince endeavors to prove that the company-line touted by both magazine publishers and supplement producers serves little more than to <img class="size-medium wp-image-74 alignleft" title="Burn Fat, Build Muscle: No Nonsense Muscle " src="http://www.fastmusclebuilder.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/1man4-190x300.jpg" alt="Burn Fat, Build Muscle: No Nonsense Muscle " width="190" height="300" />line the pockets of said companies. The average Joe isn’t seeing results by the methods promoted by these folks and, in search of answers, he wonders, “what am I doing wrong?” Inevitablely the response is something along the lines of, “buy MORE supplements or magazines.”</p>
<p>Vince offers a more compelling solution. He understands people’s desires. Vince gets it. Guys want to look good in a tight-fitting shirt and on occasions when they aren’t wearing a shirt. They want to build a six pack quickly and drop excess body fat without losing mass.<br />
The guys Vince’s product appeals to AREN’T looking for a neck so wide they’ll need to get the necklines of their shirts re-tailored or a bicept the size of a WWE wrestler’s thighs. There is a difference between the products that go after hardcore bodybuilding market and the products that are designed for regular guys who just want to look great.</p>
<p>No Nonsense Muscle Building is one the latter.</p>
<p>Vince has dubbed the entire program the “Skinny Guy Secret.” I don’t want to imply that I think only skinny guys can benefit from the program, but I think that No Nonsense Muscle Building is tailored for guys who have had trouble gaining the muscle mass and building muscles.</p>
<p>In a thorough fashion, Vince explains how genes do play a part in the development of your body type, yet there are a multitude of factors at play in the creation of muscle mass. There’s no simple blaming of your genetic misfortune for your lack of muscles anymore. In fact, Vince makes a compelling argument that you are, in fact, responsible for your body shape as a result of your nutritional and excercise programs.</p>
<p>Vince devotes a huge chunk of the program to nutrition. He emphasizes, in my favorite chapter, the power of proper nutrition in any plan to burn fat and build muscle. But Vince (and this may surprise you) isn’t a supplement Nazi. He makes the case that the majority of fuel that the body needs for building mass is provided by the foods we eat and at a mere fraction of the costs of supplements.</p>
<p>The foundation of the course is provided in“Nine Growth Principles.” These principles, which I’ll highlight in a moment, are the pillars on which Vince was able to achieve his amazing muscle growth and body transformation.</p>

In spite of the quality content, I must say I have a minor quibble or two. Namely, in order to manage portions and plan your eating you’ll have to allow significant time in order to comply with the program. I’ve found it just takes to time to properly follow Vince’s nutritional program. Simply put: Not everyone is going to have the ability to follow this portion of the program. Like I said, it may be minor but it definitely needed mentioning.</p>
<p>Overall, I Vince DelMonte’s No Nonsense Muscle Building is a attainable, workable program that generates noticeable and speedy results, contingent upon the amount of effort one puts into it. It’s not a quick cash in for Vince, unlike so many of the other programs I have given a try. No Nonsense Muscle Building, if your not totally satisifed with the body you have today, will give you the tools to attain the body you want.</p>
