In spite of the quality content, I must say I have a minor quibble or two. Namely, in order to manage portions and plan your eating you’ll have to allow significant time in order to comply with the program. I’ve found it just takes to time to properly follow Vince’s nutritional program. Simply put: Not everyone is going to have the ability to follow this portion of the program. Like I said, it may be minor but it definitely needed mentioning.

Overall, I Vince DelMonte’s No Nonsense Muscle Building is a attainable, workable program that generates noticeable and speedy results, contingent upon the amount of effort one puts into it.
