As a result you will be eating 5-7 times per day, providing your body with the fuel to gain muscle fast. It is also a good idea to allow one day of the week where you can eat whatever you want. In order to adhere to a strict nutritional program you need to give yourself a little wiggle room so that you will stick to the schedule.
Single out one day, I like Sunday, and give yourself free reign to eat whatever you like. You can eat unhealthy if you want on this day, and so long as you are following your schedule religiously on the other six days you will still gain muscle fast.
The other element of your plan involves your exercise regimen. Prepare to spend at least three (four is optimal) sessions a week working out. Make each of these workouts intense and dedicated. Focus on compound exercises and don’t spend a lot of time lolly gagging.
During a workout, the body will convert blood sugar into energy for fuel after the first half hour of strenuous activity. When this happens you will hit a lull in your energy level. Therefore to maximize your workout, and build muscle fast, try to lift as intensely as possible for a half-hour, always being safe but still maximizing each exercise.Fast muscle gain will result from these tips.
